Propriétés Off Market does not offer vacation rental management or short-term guest hosting. Our concierge service operates exclusively alongside residential property sales and acquisitions. While an Airbnb agency coordinates holiday travelers and turnover, POM supports private homeowners with departure logistics, installation, and year-round stewardship of their primary or secondary residence. Our work focuses entirely on long-term property administration, utility setup, renovation coordination, and discreet domestic support.

For sellers, the Pack Administratif is provided free with any exclusive mandate, while the Pack Transition and Pack Clés en Main are priced or quoted based on surface area. For buyers, the Pack L’Essentiel starts from €350 incl. VAT, with the Pack Confort Absolu and Pack Premium available on quotation. Specialist trade interventions and external partner services are always billed separately at direct cost price.

Yes, the Pack Administratif is completely complimentary for any seller who entrusts their property to Propriétés Off Market under an exclusive sales mandate. This service covers the termination of electricity, gas, and internet contracts, postal forwarding, and the arrangement of required technical survey appointments. Only the statutory inspection fees invoiced by certified diagnostic experts remain the financial responsibility of the owner, with all organizational logistics handled by POM.
